Essential Information

1 King St
Chappaqua, NY

914-861-2799

‘No text message or email can come close to a handwritten note,’ says graphic designer and illustrator Alissa Harvey, who hopes to revive the lost art of words on paper with this bright and airy fine paper goods boutique. Offered are custom and boxed stationery, invitations, place cards, and the like. While the big names like Crane’s and Luscious Verde are represented, the selection of smaller, independent designers is particularly strong and includes Harvey’s own charming Mew Paper Arts line. Rounding out the mix are such gifts as the ‘Seven Year Pen’—a long-lasting pen that comes in fun colors and designs from Seltzer Goods of Chappaqua; Russell and Hazel acrylic note trays; and ball point, fountain, and roller ball pens from Lamy. Also offered: logo design; identity packages for businesses; hand and digital calligraphy; and in-house printing with same-day service.

And if you need some inspiration before dusting off your cursive, there’s plenty of that at this fine paper goods boutique launched by graphic designer and illustrator Alissa Harvey. While the big names like Crane & Co. and Luscious Verde are represented, the selection of smaller, independent designers (Harvey’s among them) is what really turns us on.
