This petite eco-friendly home décor boutique specializes in sustainable designs. An acronym for ‘Office Of Carol Kurth,’ OOCK, an off-shoot of the architectural firm Kurth founded in 1997, showcases everything from green cleaning supplies like mission fig-scented dish detergent to organic cotton linens and textiles, and window, wall, and floor coverings created from sustainable and recycled materials such as cork or reclaimed wood. ‘Not only are the products organic—they all meet some criteria related to being sustainable, eco-friendly, or green—they are beautiful,’ says Kurth. We were particularly smitten by sensational-looking organic wool and knit pillows in vibrant oranges and greens. Also available: earth-friendly architectural design and consulting services from the store’s parent company.
