It’s a family affair when it comes to this shop owned by mother-and-son jewelers Isabelle and David Kirschenbaum. Isabelle was trained at Harry Winston and David started off at age 19 polishing diamonds in South Africa for Martin Kirschenbaum, Inc., his dad’s wholesale jewelry company. Specializing in yellow and fancy colored diamonds, designer jewelry, and watches, the family business manufactures more than 70 percent of the shop’s inventory. Other offerings include the edgy, 18-karat white and gold diamond jewelry collection from emerging designer Betty Lou Moscot; funky sterling silver styles by Elizabeth Buenaventura; and classic Hamilton Watch Company timepieces. Also available: custom design, repairs, and the purchase of estate jewelry, gold, and diamonds.
