The owner of Malabar Hill in Elmsford has opened this 90-seat Mexican (yes Mexican, not Indian) restaurant in the space that once housed Oporto. Mains, which include lemon chipolte chicken, steak tequila, slow-roasted pork with salsa verde, and jumbo shrimp in a jalapeño-butter sauce, feature organic meats and vegetables when possible. Tortillas, salsas, and tortilla chips are made on-premise. Open every day for lunch and dinner. Reservations recommended.
