Within a lovely country club setting Chef Peter Kielec presents a traditional American seasonal menu that changes weekly. Signature dishes are the raclette and chef's cheese board. Other offerings, depending on the season, include salmon fillet with basmati rice; wild shrimp with tomato-and-asparagus risotto; seared rib-eye, and wild mushroom, caramelized leek, and goat cheese strudel.
