This 300-seat restaurant serves traditional Indian cuisine using fresh ingredients. Favorites include baingan bharta (baked eggplant sautéed with onions, tomatoes, and peas), chicken malai kebab (lamb kebab marinated with ginger, cheese, and spices), lamb vindaloo (chunks of lamb and potato cooked with red chilies, ginger, garlic, cumin, and vinegar based masala) and fish madras curry (made with freshly ground herbs).
