Chef and owner, Hiro “James” Nagata has created a serene environment adorned with hand painted Japanese murals and a mosaic fishpond. His menu includes crispy crab wontons, shrimp tempura, usuzukuri (thin sliced fluke with ponzu sauce), and sakamushi (sake steamed baby clams in broth). Don’t miss the fire snowball (choice of ginger, green tea, or cookie dough ice cream fired and set ablaze). Dinner daily. Lunch, Mon to Sat 12 pm to 2:30 pm. Take-out and delivery available.
