Cookbook author/cooking instructor Arlen Gargagliano and Stephanie Landis (formerly of Don Coqui in New Rochelle) are the chefs in the kitchen at this Latin restaurant. Tapas to choose from include Brazilian cheese puffs, sweet-potato and black-bean empanadas, sherry-sautéed shrimp, and Peruvian-style chicken skewers. Large plates to order include jerk chicken with coconut rice and red snapper with pineapple salsa. Open for dinner only Tues to Sun until September, when lunch also will be offered. Mon is reserved for special event tastings and classes. Reservations recommended.
