The blackboard menu changes daily (except for the signature tagliatelle Bolognese, which never comes off) but expect dishes such as spaghetti with shrimp, pancetta, and egg yolk ($19); pork chops with vinegar peppers ($19); rosemary salmon ($23); espresso-rubbed lamb chops ($24); and spinach manicotti in a walnut cream sauce.
