Chef/Owner Brian Lewis’ is the creative force behind the daily changing seasonal American menu. Lewis draws inspiration for his menus from the rhythms of the seasons. The dinner menu may include such dishes as slow-baked Maine halibut, ginger-glazed duck breast, miso dayboat scallops, and always house-made pastas and desserts. A five-course, $55 ($75 with wine pairing) chef’s tasting menu is also offered. Elm’s hours are 5:30 to 9:30 pm Tuesday through Thursday and 5:30 to 10 pm Friday and Saturday. The bar opens at 5 pm Tuesday through Saturday. Brunch is served 11 am to 2:30 pm on Sundays.
