The owners of Coco Rumba’s have transformed their Cuban restaurant into a Mexican one. The menu features a variety of Mexican and Latin American specialties, including three types of ceviche ($8-$12),; enchilada suizas ($13.95), and carnitas of slow- roasted pork with rice, beans, and plantains ($15.95). Shrimp, steak, chicken, or seafood sizzling fajitas ($16.95-$24.95) are served with fresh guacamole and pico de gallo. A few Cuban favorites, like the beef brisket rope vieja ($17.95) and seafood paella ($25), remain on the menu. Desserts include flan, sopapillas (deep- fried dough), and churros. Try a Mojito or Margarita on the patio.
