Luigi Guida, who co-owned Guida’s in Ossining with his two brothers for 18 years, has opened this rustic Italian restaurant with son Paul. Main dishes to sample are rigatoni with plum tomatoes and basil; veal sorentina, and chicken casaletto (chicken breast stuffed with broccoli rabe, sausage, sundried tomatoes, and mozzarella). Live entertainment is offered monthly, from Elvis impersonators to oldies bands. Valet parking on the weekends. Open every day for lunch and dinner. Reservations suggested for Fri and Sat.
