Housed in a beautifully renovated dairy barn on the Rockefeller State Park preserve this highly touted New American restaurant is headed by the Barber family the family behind Manhattan's well-received Blue Hill. The menu changes often depending on what products are available from the surrounding farms. Dine on inventive and innovative fresh-from-the-farm culinary creations. And do order the chocolate bread pudding. Culinary education programs as well as farm and garden tours and wine tastings are offered. Open Wed through Sun. Reservations required.
