Gourmet, New York, and Food and Wine have touted Blue Hill for, among other wonderful dishes its pea cannelloni with crabmeat, its asparagus soup, smoked trout with garden escarole, and its filet of red snapper in a caper-almond sauce. We're the luckiest diners in the world. After all, brothers David and Dan Barber, along with David's wife Maureen, chose to work their magic right here, in Westchester. Can this be a dream? If so, please don't pinch us.
