Bedford Hills resident Wayne Ye, once head chef at East Pacific in Staten Island, is now the chef/owner of this restaurant offering Chinese, Japanese, and Thai dishes. On the menu: miso-glazed Chilean sea bass, soft-shell crab Thai style, and caramelized peanut-crusted duck breast. A full complement of sushi, sashimi, and noodle dishes also are available.
