Rafael Palomino, chef and owner of Sonora in Port Chester, has opened this sister restaurant to Bistro Latino in Tuckahoe. The menu combines Latin American and Spanish bistro fare; expect many hot and cold tapas and traditional cocas (Spanish flatbreads). Signature dishes include paella Palomino and salmon en panela (caramelized salmon over local wild mushrooms with an asparagus hash served in a pear, carrot sauce). For dessert: churros with vanilla and chocolate dipping sauces. Bistro Latino Greenwich is open Mon to Fri for lunch, Mon to Sat for dinner, and Sunday for brunch.
