A wood-burning oven and grill is the centerpiece of Arrosto, Manhattan restaurateur (Carmine’s, Ouest, Virgil’s BBQ) Godfrey Polistina’s 230-seat farm-to-table Italian eatery. Menu items include wood-oven-fired pizzas; house-made pastas (spaghetti with white wine, garlic, and clams); grilled lamb chops; and seafood brodetto.
