Anna Maria Santorelli, former executive chef at Gracie Mansion and ex-chef for Donald Trump, has opened this regional Italian eatery. Entrées include pappardelle in a wild mushroom and truffle oil, risotto with broccoli rabe and sausage, grilled branzino in a cherry tomato and white wine garlic sauce, scarpiello (signature dish), pan-seared shrimp in a sambuca sauce.
