Co-owner Vincent Corso leads the front-of-the-house while co-owner and chef Angelo Difeo is leading the kitchen which serves such dishes as herbed- and panko-crusted Chilean sea bass, Malaysian pork chop with coconut sticky rice, and an organic rack of lamb with plum port demi-glace and truffled mashed potatoes.
