Darren DeUrso is a former Westchester County Assistant District Attorney serving the County from 1986 to 1990. In 1990, Darren opened his own law practice concentrating primarily on criminal and family court issues. Darren has extensive trial experience as he is in court on a daily basis concentrating on all areas of the criminal and family court. He has handled every type of case in the family court proceedings including: custody/visitation issues, family offense issues, child support issues, adoptions, violations of orders of protection, all juvenile law including PINS petitions and juvenile delinquency petitions. Darrenis practice focuses mainly on Westchester and Putnam Counties and he is familiar with the Westchester and Putnam County Court system.
In the criminal area, Darren has handled numerous felony and misdemeanor cases and is currently involved in several complex litigation cases. He also has experience in parole violation, probation violations and sex offender issues. As a former prosecutor, he is familiar with the Westchester County Court system having over 20 years experience in this system.
