Prior to establishing his full-service architectural practice in 1992, Richard Kotz, AIA, was the designer for Trump Palace, the tallest condominium high-rise on Manhattans Upper East Side. (We cant imagine a more demanding client than The Donald.) He has also has worked with such architectural trailblazers as Philip Johnson and John Burgee Architects on corporate office towers throughout the U.S. Today, homes with traditional styles, such as Georgian Colonials and shingle-style manor homes, are a specialty.
