Tuthilltown Distillery is small-batch, craft distillery since the end of prohibition. The distillery crafts its own spirits at its nearby farm and offers aged whiskey, like its Baby Bourbon and Manhattan rye, as well as vodka from Hudson Valley Apples, and rum from Louisiana blackstrap molasses and fruit eau de vie. Special events and tours are frequently hosted, and tastings are offered during store hours: Mon to Thurs and Sat 11 am to 6 pm, Fri 12 pm to 8 pm, Sun 12 pm to 6 pm.
