Specializing in the preparation of homemade meats including sausages, rashers, boiling bacon, Irish hams, and old-fashioned barrel corned beef, Oliver Charles, owner of The Butcher’s Fancy, has 30-plus years of experience in the butcher trade. In addition to prepared meats and homemade dinner/catering menus, the store bakes pastries such as shepherd’s pie, Scottish meat pies, and Cornish pastries. Also available upon request are wild game such as buffalo, alligator, kangaroo, and quail. (All meats are cut to order). Hours: 8:30 am-8 pm on Mon through Fri, 8:30 am-7 pm on Sat, and 10 am-3 pm on Sun.
