Pastry Chef Kaitlyn Lennox-Christoff, formerly at BLT in Manhattan and Bedford Post, prides herself on using natural and local ingredients. An array of colorful cupcakes (10 are offered daily in flavors such as chocolate peppermint cupcake with maraschino cherry frosting or a classic yellow butter cake with chocolate ganache frosting) plus scones, breads, and croissants are offered. The bakery is nut-free and also offers sugar-free, gluten-free, and even vegan cupcakes. Open Mon through Fri from 6:30 am to 6 pm, Sat from 8 am to 5 pm, and Sun from 8 am to noon.
