Loaf Bakery and Café is owned by Caryn Stabinsky (formally pastry chef at Monkey Bar in Manhattan) and Geoffrey Fischer, who held front- and back-of-the-house positions at Manhattan restaurants WD-50, IIo, and Montrachet. The menu includes cakes, cookies, cupcakes, brownies, tarts, galettes, and a variety of breads. Muffins and buns are also available in the morning. Open Monday to Friday from 8 am to 7 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm. Closed Sunday.
