Rumored to be one of Bill Clinton’s faves (he lives nearby), Lange’s Little Store has become a Chappaqua village institution for its hot and cold sandwiches (roasted turkey on rye with mayo, lettuce, cheese, and tomato for $5.95 is a signature), lightly breaded, deep-fried “broasted” chicken, pasta and chicken salads, and homemade custard and chocolate and rice puddings. Open for breakfast and lunch daily.
