Among the selections: salted caramel, Stumptown coffee, and oatmeal cookies and cream. Lactose-free (vegan) flavors, gluten-free, and no sugar added flavors are options. One scoop is $3.75 and a pint is $7.50. Bluebird’s summer hours are Sunday to Thursday 11:30 am-10 pm; Friday and Saturday 11:30 am-11 pm; Fall through Spring hours are Monday to Friday, 2:30-9:30 pm; Saturday, 11:30 am-9:30 pm; Sunday, noon-8 pm.
