David Starkey, owner of Dobbs Ferry’s Tomatillo, and partner Theresa McCarthy, formerly general manager at Millennio in Scarsdale, have opened this New American restaurant with Carl Lasley, previously at Blue Hill at Stone Barns, leading the kitchen. The menu offers dishes such as homemade sausages, grass-fed buffalo burgers, and gently poached arctic cod. The eatery serves lunch and dinner Tues to Sun and brunch on Sun. A late-night bar menu is available Fri and Sat 10 pm to 2 am.
