This popular New York City-based three spa chain has branched out into Westchester County. The new 8,000-square-foot digs are just off the Saw Mill River Parkway’s Exit 16, atop the New York Sports Club. In addition to 16 treatments rooms, the new spa has a Zen rooftop garden for alfresco massages once the weather warms up and a retail shop.
Best Massage (2012)
Last year, Westchester Magazine named Oasis best new day spa. We weren’t the only ones to take notice. Readers of Spa Magazine named Oasis their favorite day spa in the whole country, and Day Spa magazine also gave it a top rating. We’re happy to report that the place remains top-notch with terrific treatments like massages (we’re partial to the Muscle Meltdown Massage), scrubs, wraps, and facials (do ask for Diana Rainsford). Go ahead, make a day of it. The perfect end to your spa day? A refreshing drink on the rooftop deck.
The Zen rooftop garden is so ethereal, that it’s easy to tune out the traffic down below on the Saw Mill Parkway as you succumb to the supreme indulgence of an al fresco Muscle Meltdown treatment or a stone massage from the very guy who invented it! This latest addition to the New York City-based three-spa chain has 16 treatment rooms, party space, and a retail area filled with lots of lovely potions and lotions. Plus, be still my heart, outdoor yoga in the garden. Heaven on earth.
