Mamaroneck Designed for a young family, this 5,500 sq ft home is nestled into an established wooded neighborhood. The space was carefully laid out to accommodate the family’s long-term needs. The clean, modern interiors feature an open, cantilevered stair and light-filled living spaces with unique spatial relationships. The interior spaces are closely linked with the outdoors through large window openings in each room.

Mamaroneck Flooded with natural light, this contemporary home has an open floor plan. The large windows bring the outside in, while an indoor swimming pool and a large rooftop with water views offers a year-round vacation feel. Three different rectangular volumes configured in an L-shape hug a concrete patio connected to the second floor by an exterior metal staircase and an upper balcony continuing the serene design theme.
