Rye The color scheme for this large renovation of a whole home stemmed from a fabric chosen for the dining room drapes that is red, purple, pink, and orange ombre stripe (on the front cover). Since the rooms are open to each other, the client wanted to incorporate the berry purple in the living room as well as in the foyer. The pops of color continue into the kitchen with blue pendants and island, as well as throughout the home in the artwork.

Scarsdale The client had some spaces partially decorated, but felt like their home lacked personality and wanted more color. The dining room and living room were fully furnished, so designer Claire Paquin was asked to bring more color into these spaces that the homeowners would not grow tired of, so she added floral patterned rugs, purple marble draperies, and gorgeous works of art. They took more of a risk in the powder room with the colorful, striped wallpaper.

Bronxville Style and function come together in this colorful laundry room design. The cabinets are a sapphire blue in a high gloss finish with white glass inserts and are accented by polished chrome hardware. Not something you see very often in a laundry room, but makes doing this household chore a bit more bearable.
