Sunday, March 10, turned out to be a perfect day for the 17th Annual Sleepy Hollow St. Patrick's Day Parade. This year's parade was dedicated to Phelps Volunteers in recognition of their more than 50 years of service to the hospital. Led by the Headless Horseman and positioned just behind the Prime Time Brass Band, our volunteers were cheered on by throngs of local residents as they marched up Main Street in Tarrytown, north to Sleepy Hollow, ending at the reviewing stand on Beekman Avenue. All along the parade route the group was greeted with applause, waves and warm smiles.
