We asked Maria Clair-Howard, a multi-million-dollar Realtor with Houlihan Lawrence in White Plains to scour the county from Yonkers to Yorktown to find the very best of the best buys in condos and co-ops. Here are her top-10 picks in the county (listed alphabetically).
