Joel Seligman, President/CEO of Northern Westchester Hospital, was honored at the Westchester County Association’s annual Leadership Dinner held at the Hilton Westchester. Seligman was selected to receive WCA’s 2012 APEX Award for Advocacy because of his commitment to fostering wellness/prevention programs. The Apex Awards recognize community members who have gone above and beyond in their professional capacities.
Also honored: Richard D. Schaab, Sr., former WCA VP (in memoriam), and Sy Schulman, former WCA President and former White Plains Mayor (in memoriam); Al DelBello; Harrison Mayor Ron Belmont; Marialisa Zywotchenko, owner, Cyrus Contracting Corp.; and Judith Spitz, Sr. VP of IT Strategy and Planning & CIO, Verizon.
