White Plains resident Francine “Frankie” Stein was honored for 40 years of service as a champion of women’s health and reproductive freedom. The keynote speaker was Sarah Weddington, who argued Roe v. Wade before the Supreme Court. A highlight of the event was a service auction that raised $25,075 for staffing for a SmartWheels mobile education and testing van.
