Oasis Day Spa in Dobbs Ferry Adds Hair Services

In addition to facials, nail care, wraps, scrubs, and massages, Oasis Day Spa in Dobbs Ferry (914-409-1900; oasisdayspanyc.com) has added color, cuts, and blowouts to its menu. Heading up hair services is Cody Hepworth, formerly of RiverSpa in Irvington, who recently renovated and now runs the Maximus Clark Salon at Oasis at One Park Avenue in New York City. “He has a real gift,” says Bruce Schoenberg, co-owner of Oasis. “To accommodate his roster of clients who live here, we decided to open a Westchester branch.”

Hepworth will be spending two full days a week in Dobbs Ferry to start, adding more days as he staffs up. The new salon will be using Goldwell color along with Hepworth’s Maximus Clark hair-care line. “Our bestsellers are OMG, a mousse, and Bipolar, a two-purpose cream,” he says. “It gives you great curls for day; then, if you want your hair straight for night, just mist hair with water and blow it out.”
