New Rochelle Plumber Is Westchester's First "Sweet Million" Lottery Winner

Just in time for the holidays, a self-employed New Rochelle plumber is the first Westchester winner of the aptly-titled "Sweet Million Jackpot." The lucky winner will be presented with a $1 million check on the first level of the Westchester Mall tomorrow, Thursday, November 19, at 10:30am.
