Former Pepsi Vice President Indicted in White Plains on Embezzling $600,000

Joseph A. Juliano, the 59-year-old former vice president of Pepsi-Cola, was arraigned in White Plains federal court yesterday, following his indictment on embezzling more than $600,000 from the company. He could face up to 20 years in jail, as well as a $250,000 fine.

He was accused of using his position as an Entertainment Channel vice president to, along with co-conspirators, submit false invoices for items that were booke for his own use and the use of others, but were never provided.
