The $9.95 brunch at this atmospheric, family-friendly Cuban restaurant near City Hall includes a potent Mimosa and dishes like coconut-milk challah French toast with fruit salad; and eggs with yuca fries and house salad. “But 40 bucks is good money,” I hear you say. Point well taken. But if you can take it up a notch for a day, consider what you’ll get at this Peter X. Kelly waterfront restaurant, which you’ll want to return to ASAP.
