Full of Beans

An original line of fresh-roasted coffees, GiacoBean, is available at Antoinette’s Patisserie (417 Warburton Ave, Hastings-on-Hudson 914-478-7200). Kusmanto Beham, the son of the patisserie’s owners, created the line after traveling to Central America, India, and Southern Asia to find the best beans. Beham roasts his beans twice a week; they are directly sourced from farms. His more popular flavors include da’ House Stylee, a full-bodied blend of Latin American varietals roasted medium dark ($12/lb) and Express-O ($14/lb). Cupping classes will be offered soon. His coffee also is offered at The Cookery in Dobbs Ferry and the Tarrytown Music Hall.
