When choreographer Paul Taylor first hit the scene in the 1950s, Martha Graham called him the “naughty boy” of dance. So—are you feeling naughty? The acclaimed modern dance ensemble returns to the Performing Arts Center at Purchase College on May 9. The group will perform three dance pieces: Mercuric Tidings, Funny Papers, and Beloved Renegade. Each piece brings about a different emotion and, when taken all together, creates what Time Out New York calls “a sure slice of heaven.”
