Tone, align and balance your muscles with instruction from the former American Ballet dancer in New Rochelle.

Getting bored with your fitness routine? Kick it up a notch with a Ballet Muscle Class, taught by Peter Cirolia, a former American Ballet dancer (10 S Division St, New Rochelle 646-552-2202; trupchealth.com). A licensed personal trainer and health coach, Cirolia drew upon his 12 years of dancing and studying with The School of American Ballet to create a class that is very similar to the actual training used by the New York City Ballet. “This is a great way to get toned, aligned, and balanced—just like a professional dancer,” he says.
