Silver Frog Cakes: A Valhalla-Based Online Bakery

Extravagant custom cakes are the specialty of Silver Frog Cakes (914-356-3232; silverfrogcakes.com), a new Valhalla-based online bakery. Self-taught baker Maria Brezinsky, who started baking at age 15 while living in Moscow, declares, “I’m most happy bringing joy to people through cakes.” Brezinsky has taken private classes with famed couture wedding cake designer Betty Van Norstrand. She plans to open a shop sometime this fall.
