Producing the 2013 Wine & Food Weekend with Thompson & Bender
The full-service public relations, advertising and marketing firm collaborated with Westchester Magazine to help produce each detail of this year’s Wine & Food Weekend.

Founded in 1986, the full-service public relations, advertising and marketing firm has an unmatched track record of success, and this weekend’s festivities will be no different.
A lot of planning and execution went into this event and no stones were left unturned. So what did it take to get here today? A better question might be: what didn’t it take to get here today?
For a full year, the staff at Thompson & Bender has worked closely with Westchester Magazine to secure the proper permits, tents, signage, lodging options, lighting equipment, audio capabilities, musical entertainment, garbage removal services and – perhaps most importantly – enough parking spaces!
But that’s just a foundation for an event of this size. There are also the small matters of getting grills, beer and ice – not to mention the actual wine and food vendors.
“Each member of our team plays a role in the planning and execution of Wine & Food Weekend,” said Elizabeth Bracken-Thompson, Partner. “From spending hours on the phone with all of the various participants to drawing floor plans to designing advertising and pitching stories to local media, the team at Thompson & Bender takes great pride in collaborating with Westchester Magazine on what has become one of Westchester’s signature happenings each year.”
