The Fab Four

Where: Hilton Rye Town

When: Tuesday, September 16th (Class continues on 9/23, 10/7, and 10/14)
7:30 pm – 9:30 pm
What: Each of the four classes will spotlight one selection of the four international white grape varieties—Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio/Pinot Gris, and Riesling. Learn about how the wines are made, tasted, and more importantly, the ways in which they are unique to the world of wine. Along with an exploration into texture and flavor, the class will discuss food pairing opportunities.
