Where Do Westchester Colleges Rank in Safety and Diversity?

It seems area colleges are rising to the challenge.

According to academic-ranking/review site Niche.com, parents could do a lot worse than send their kids to Westchester colleges and universities when it comes to things like campus safety and student diversity. In fact, none of the county’s 10 traditional four-year institutions scored lower than a “B” for campus safety, while 7 of the 10 scored at least an “A-” for diversity. In establishing a letter grade, Niche gathers data from sources that include the Department of Education, US Census, and the FBI, among others, along with survey data from both parents and students. What follows is a breakdown of how each Westchester traditional four-year college or university did in those two categories.
