The group, made up entirely of former congressional staffers, is a hybrid of a musical-theater cast and a sketch-comedy troupe, with all sights trained on Washington, DC. They bring their show, titled “Putting the MOCK in Democracy,” to the Tarrytown Music Hall on January 18.
