It took nine years for this Italian bistro to add a burger to their menu, but holy cow, did they get it right! This 10-oz burger is house-blended short rib, chuck, and filet mignon topped with lettuce and tomato, thick-cut smoked Nueske’s bacon, Vermont cheddar, frizzled onions and served on a fluffy pretzel bun from Nicosia’s Bakery in the Bronx. Skewered with a grape tomato, a pepperoncino, and a gherkin, it’s served with fries.
