One of the most refreshing things about Copper Kettle is the minimalism. There is one burger choice here: the All Business Burger. Made from a house-grind and topped with white cheddar cheese, it’s served on challah bread with fries and a pickle. In this case, challah turns out to be a fancy word for thin, perfectly grilled, toasty bread, which makes the A.B.B. kind of like a burger stuffed into a delicious grilled-cheese sandwich. Both the pickles and the onions are sliced razor thin so as to offer a bit of tang but not overwhelm, while the sharp cheddar sets the burger off.
