Last April, a newly revamped Escape Spa & Wellness opened at The Gym health club in Armonk offering a variety of new services including Hydra Bright oxygen facials, henna tattooing, a fat-reduction and cellulite treatment, and a roster of new sports and medical massage therapists. With a spa treatment, you have complimentary use of the gym, including popular Zumba and spin classes, steam room, and showers.
Go For: Owner Renee Palompelli recommends the Hydra Bright Oxygen Facial ($130 for members, $140 for non-members) because “you see immediate results” or a massage ($90 for 50 minutes, $120 for 80 minutes; $10 more for non-members). “Because we operate within a gym environment, our massage therapists are used to working on athletes,” she says. “They are uniquely qualified to give the most professional sports and medical massages.”
