Stephen Sondheim is not just a name that appears whenever Broadway “best of” lists are composed. His musicals still make a splash. (Anyone try to get a ticket to Into the Woods with Amy Adams at Shakespeare in the Park last summer?) Sondheim will take the stage—not as a
performer, but as an interview subject, with Emmy-winning journalist Morton Dean—at the Ridgefield Playhouse on February 23. There, he’ll discuss his contributions to American musical theater before answering questions from the audience, so you can ask him about your favorite song from Sunday in the Park with George.
